We understand that there may be occasions when you want to return items that are not suitable. We are very happy to help you chose a replacement or return the item. Please see our full returns policy below :
- 14-days to request a return from delivery.
- Further 14 days to arrive back to our warehouse. Returns received outside of this period (28 days from delivery) will be issued as store credit.
- We offer return for refund / exchange / store credit for UK orders.
- We offer return for refund only for International orders.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- Refunds processed within 10 days.
- Original shipping costs not refunded.
- We're not responsible for lost parcels sent outside of our portal.
- Online orders cannot be returned to store.
