What is your returns policy?Updated a month ago

We understand that there may be occasions when you want to return items that are not suitable. We are very happy to help you chose a replacement or return the item. Please see our full returns policy below : 

  • 14-days to request a return from delivery.
  • Further 14 days to arrive back to our warehouse. Returns received outside of this period (28 days from delivery) will be issued as store credit. 
  • We offer return for refund / exchange / store credit for UK orders.
  • We offer return for refund only for International orders. 
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • Refunds processed within 10 days.
  • Original shipping costs not refunded.
  • We're not responsible for lost parcels sent outside of our portal. 
  • Online orders cannot be returned to store.
